Abstract:
Relevant data in support of Smith et al. 2025 "Rare Phosphides and Nitrides in Igneous Clasts within Aqueously-altered Chondrites". All data were collected in the Kuiper-Arizona Laboratory For Astromaterials Analysis (K-ALFAA) located at the University of Arizona. This data set includes X-ray elemental maps collected on a Cameca SX-100Ultra electron microprobe, back-scattered electron (BSE) and secondary electron images collected on a FEI Helios NanoLab 660 dual-beam FIB-SEM, BSE images and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) chemical maps collected on a Hitachi TM4000Plus tabletop SEM, and STEM images and EDS chemical maps collected on a Hitachi HF5000 S/TEM.
