Abstract:
Raw bulk solar wind and implant standard data were collected as part of Rieck, 2015. Measurements were made in GENESIS mission diamond-like-carbon B/C collectors using a CAMECA IMS 7f-GEO SIMS in depth-profiling mode. The raw data provided in this dataset were used in Rieck et al. (accepted) to demonstrate how the combination of back-side depth profiling with back-side implanted internal standards aides quantification of shallow mono- and poly-isotopic implants. This technique helps mitigate matrix effects and keeps measurement conditions consistent.
