Abstract:
This dataset contains mean concentrations of Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Ge, Ga, As, W, Re, Ir and Au in 41 independent iron meteorites and a mesosiderite. Germanium and Sb were analyzed by radiochemical neutron activation analysis (RNAA) at the University of California, Los Angeles. Chromium, Co, Cu, As, W, Re and Au were analyzed by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA). Gallium and Ir were analyzed both by RNAA and INAA. Nickel was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS).
