Ferroan Anorthosite 60025 Major Element Analysis of Plagioclase
Abstract:
Major element composition of cores and rims of plagioclase crystals from lunar sample 60025. Data were gathered using a CAMECA SX-50 electron probe located at the University of Notre Dame Materials Characterization Facility under the guidance of Dr. Ian Steele and Dr. Karl Cronberger. Only spots with calculated totals between 98.5 and 101.5% were included. Dataset will be used to gain further insight into the material that makes up the earliest lunar crust.
